"Stay was not too good. It appeared the bathroom in our room had been remodeled and was nice, but the carpet had not been replaced in many years. Breakfast was lack luster, pop tart and packaged honey bun. Coffee was okay."

"We came toe the weekend to visit family. The home and setup was great. Loved everything about it. The outside area was a hit with the family. The pool is within walking distance. There is a small park with a waterfall that is a short walking distance that is great for small kids as well. We really enjoyed are stay and look forward to returning. Thank you for hosting us. "
"I grew up in Salem and there’s not much of an option available. Came into town for a funeral. The Cottonwood has a history of not being the best. But I was pleasantly surprised! For the rate you are paying it was actually pretty great! Room was clean and ready at arrival. Linens were nice, bed was comfy. I chose the room with a kitchenette and it suited my needs. Breakfast provided, small but adequate. I would gladly stay here again. "

"The cabin was located in the perfect spot for a family vacation. It was extremely clean and well kept. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she is very nice and friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking again next year. "
"The cabin and grounds were nice and clean. Our friends stayed in the cabin next to us and we enjoyed being able to be together on the grounds, but still have our own space. We were shuttled to and from the river, the staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"My son and I came into Arkansas to visit family for vacation. We stayed at the lake house very clean. The weather was a bit muggy but other than that we had a wonderful time and then we got a rain storm which was so awesome to sit on the porch and watch if you’re thinking about staying here I would definitely recommend it."
"We had a wounderful time. our 3 grandson 14,15,17 loved it. Some rainy days but had a closet with board games. It was just Great thank you for providing such a warm cozy place to vacation "
