"The guy at check-in (9-14-24) couldn’t answer basic questions, citing “it had been a long day”. Room was full of bugs and even dirty towels in the bathroom from the stay prior. We asked about checking out before the lobby opens because of early morning plans, and was told to drop the room keys in the drop box.
