"Cute cottage and perfect place for our stay to scallop, we spent everyday on the water and it was close to the boat ramp so we didn’t have to travel far to put the boat in. It was pet friendly so we felt comfortable having our pup with us and could take him on walks safely."

"We loved our stay at Scott's property! The house was exactly as described and pictured and perfect for small groups or families. It has everything you need with a well stocked kitchen. The dock was great and the ride down tge river is beautiful. Very peaceful and convenient location. Scott is a wonderful host and very responsive! We are ready to stay again next year, or maybe sooner"

"Everything was clean. Honestly, it's a great place for a smaller group but in my humble opinion, it's too small for 5 guests with pets. Just my opinion. Parking was good for everyone. Kitchen could use some mixing bowls maybe? Overall a good place to stay."

"Outstanding Stay – Perfect for Scalloping, Fishing, and Relaxing!We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our scalloping and fishing trip to Horseshoe Beach. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—but what really set it apart was the incredible Gulf view. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets from the deck while watching boats head out and return from the water. The views alone made this property worth the trip.The location is ideal for anyone coming to Horseshoe Beach to fish or scallop. It was just minutes from the boat ramp, making it easy to get on the water early each morning and back in the afternoon to clean up and relax. Having such quick access to the Gulf allowed us to maximize our time on the water.Inside, the home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a multi-day stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for our gear. It truly felt like a home away from home.The hosts were excellent—friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in providing a first-class experience. Check-in was simple, communication was outstanding, and everything was exactly as promised.If you're planning a scalloping trip, a fishing adventure, or simply want a peaceful getaway with beautiful Gulf views, I highly recommend this property. We made some incredible memories here and will absolutely book this home again on our next trip to Horseshoe Beach."

"I think the boat slip is kinda high ($2 per foot) when you're renting one of their tiny houses. The cabin was nice and the bed was comfy. There is a nice kitchen with dorm size fridge and a dining room table for family meals."

"What a great trip! This was the best place we have stayed in steinhatchee . We brought our boat and this was a perfect spot ! There is a boat ramp right next to condos , private boat spot , trailer parking across the street , pool, quiet inside , wonderful view , and it’s on the quiet side of the river ! You can travel by boat wherever you want to go . Will 100% be staying at this condo again ."
