"This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area."

The house also has two great decks with excellent views and equipped with plenty of entertainment options (hot tub/pool table). "The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"Property was great! Quiet relaxing and comfortable! All the feelings of home. Was very clean and easy to access. We had a great time, however it was a bit cool to enjoy the pool. We did however enjoy the Hot tub on the stary nights! Host was great very private and did not disturb us!"

"This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. The Llano River is very shallow near the house- you can walk halfway across it and not get your knees wet. Perfect for the children. The land across from you is undeveloped; it is quiet here. There is a sand island just across from the house, accessable by kayak. There are several kayaks to use, and a couple of life vests, but no...

"The house is tucked away in an older community of ranchettes. Nothing particularly interesting about the community other than being spacious and very quiet except for the occasional dog bark or chicken. The town of Liberty still feels like small town Texas but I doubt it’s going to stay comfortables way, as extensive road improvements in the area usually mean subdivisions are on the way. "We had a great stay here. Dinner was walking distance and had live music. We rented a boat at the marina and kids had a blast on the lake. Probably our favorite activity was fishing off docks (you can rent poles and worms from marina). My favorite part was sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. We had a great time, thanks for hosting our family."

"The stay was great! The pictures were very accurate and I was able to plan accordingly. The owner was nice and quick to respond when I needed. If you have a larger party, I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper because we ran out very quickly. Other than that, they had everything we needed for a fun stay!"
