They had a a microwave in the common area and no refrigerators in the rooms. My only two con are they didn’t have wash cloths and the wifi wouldn’t work well on the main floor lobby/dinning area. "

"The Sofitel is attached to Terminal 5 thru a series of walkways and this makes it easy. You do not have to go outside in bad weather to access it from the airport. The hotel staff, restaurants, gift shop, room, toiletries, sheets all top notch. I just really enjoy the experience of friendly people ensuring your stay is superior. This is the place."
