"My room was nice and the staff was friendly, the tv wasn’t very user friendly when it came to setting up my Xbox"

"Don't desk staff was super helpful and sweet! Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfy."

"The room key had to be set every time we left for the day. The toilet had a slow drain leak so it would fill every 30 minutes which was very loud, so we just turned the water off until we used it. The bathroom sink had no hot water, shower was fine. Staff was good and breakfast was great. I would stay here again."

"Everything was great! Air didn’t work in one of our rooms."

"Staff were SUPER friendly. Only down fall was the door looked like it had been pried open before which made us a little uneasy. Staff made our stay worth while."

"Do not stay here. The photos on the site are not representative of what the rooms look like. Old, smelly, unclean, no hot water. We checked in and within 5 minutes handed the keys back saying we could not stay there due to the filth. They were not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and bypass this one. It’s awful."

"Would not recommend this hotel to anyone You sat on the bed and you felt the springs hit your bottom side, flooring was coming up off the floor beds were like a twin size beds when I asked for one queen or king size bed with the check-in told me they didn’t have any rooms like well I checked in last night, but didn’t stay here last night well, I’m sorry we don’t have any rooms. I think you need to check again, please sir. They also read the rooms by the hour by the week and by the month, like...

"Customer Beware When Booking! ⭐ 1/5 Stayed at the Delta on Saturday, and for the price, I was far from impressed! The hotel is under renovations, which is fine if you know what you're getting into. However, the parking lot was a mess and felt sketchy, the elevator was dated, and the rooms were extremely basic. The AC barely worked, the walls were paper-thin, the room door needed attention, and we didn't even have a phone to contact the front desk! Front desk staff weren't rude, but they...

"The pictures online through Expedia, did not accurately describe the condition of the property. The hotel was severely outdated, in need of repairs at every turn, ceiling tiles hanging from the ceiling or with pieces missing from them, hair from the previous guest all over our bathroom floor, when we asked for a couple extra pillows and blankets we were told they had “none left.” Noises from all throughout the hotel can be heard constantly inside the rooms, the cleaning staff began steam...

"A blessing. Parking was too damn far away though"

"I wish I would have known this was a pet-friendly hotel. I"

"Close to MSU campus and outside the hustle and bustle."
