"NOT recommended!!! no communication from owners or property manager, no after hours way of contact, dirty and unacceptable house. mouse droppings on mattress. no internet, bad cell phone reception; no instructions on how to work the heating/air conditioning. No bed linens, no towels (not notified of this prior to arrival) Left house after 1 hour of frustration and never went back. Drove to nearest town and got hotel room."

"Loved everything about the accommodation, going outside to two out of three bedrooms was not an issue. However when I went to do a spot clean in the middle of holiday found the hoover. Brush, dustpan all filthy and needed to be cleaned before use. When I tried to communicate this with Novalso they did not understand what I was trying to say and became very rude we cleaned the stuff ourself and with very limited cleaning supplies did the final clean but this was not the end to the holiday I...

"Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im August 2023 sehr genossen. Die kleine Stadt Fjeritslev in der Nähe bietet alles was zur Versorgung notwendig ist und liegt recht zentral, in der Nähe vieler Ausflugsziele, dem Meer und dem Limfjord. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für einen längeren Aufenthalt von 2 Familien mit Kindern. Leider war bei der Ankuft der Reinigungszustand und der Zustand von einigem Möbelstücken nicht dem üblichen Standards...

"Na aankomst eerst de entree spinrag vrij gemaakt. In het huis waren vele spinnen, dode vliegen, er was overduidelijk niet schoon gemaakt. In de keukenkastjes hadden de muizen hun sporen achtergelaten, alle laden waren vies en plakkerig en in de laden/kastjes lag er allemaal viezigheden (broodkruimels/etenswaren/zand/ enz. Het hele huisje en inrichting doet oud aan en ruikt muf. Wordt verhuurd voor 6 personen maar 2x stapelkinderbed van 60 cm. Gazon ongeveer 20/30 hoog gras en vol met...
