Worst service ever

Terrible service and worst dinner experience ever where we were discriminated compared to other guests due to: 1. Initially, before complaining, placed alone in separate room next to the restaurant where all other guests were seated although restaurant was not full without any explanation. 2. Completely ignored during the dinner while other guests received proper service. 3. No understanding or apology after reporting the incident to the hotel manager Swedish/Kenyan family with two kids

Desværre meget slidt (familie-)værelse hvor der lige skulle fjernes edderkopper samt spin i loft og under bordet før teenageren ville entrere værelset.

Vi ble tildelt et rom på en "gammel avd" som ikke burde vært utleigd. Dusj ødelagt, mørkt og trist. Uteområdet var veldig dårlig vedlikeholdt. Vi fekk nytt rom i ny avd for 2. natt, det var bedre. Middag og restauranten var veldig bra. Frukost kunne vært betre.

Betjeningen var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Der var en bar i resepsjonen, og det var plassen vi fikk sitte for å ta et lite glass vin før kvelden. Ikke veldig kjekt. Rommet var greit, men luktet skikkelig dårlig (gammel kjellerlukt). Full lufting gjorde det noe bedre. Vinduene vendte ut mot skog/bakside med stor risiko for mygg osv. Ingen utsikt.

Høy pris som ikke speiler kvaliteten.

Sjarmerende sted, veldig trivelig personale og god seng. Middagen var under ethver kritikk, kokken kan umulig har yrkesstolthet. Panere en hel flyndre? Blir jo håpløst å se beina. Hermetisk hvit asparges, ihjelkokt grønn asparges, sous vide poteter (midt i potetsesongen) og saus fra pulver. Skammelig pris for dårlig mat. Å ha hund sovende på gulvet på rommet var det dyreste jeg har opplevd under Europareisen min. Prisen for opphold og middag var skremmende høy med tanke på kvaliteten. Hadde ikke betjeningen vært så hyggelig så hadde poengsummen vært lavere.

Vi fik et værelse hvor der stank fra badeværelset, hvilket man åbentbart godt var klar over, da der var placeret en friskluftsdåse over døren. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på det fik vi dog tilbudt et andet værelse, som vi flyttede til. Vi spiste på kroen den første aften. Det var ikke det mest møre kød den ene os fik, så vi valgte at spise andre steder de næste aftener.

Vi fik værelse 38. På dørtrinnet vrimlede det med flyvemyrer. Det blev ikke bedre da vi kom ind. Badeværelset var invaderet af myrer. Der var sorte ulækre insektefterladenskaber i alle hjørne, på vægge mm. I sengen var der myrer. Værelset lugtede indelukket.Fjernebtjeningen til tv virkede ikke.problemet blev heller ikke afhjulpet af personalet. Vi fik at vide, at det var et luksusproblem! Standen og tilstanden på værelset var utilfredsstillende.Prisen på værelset var knap 1000 kr
