"Friendly staff and a nice welcome. Rooms are were spacious and clean. Facilities were good although we didn't make it to the pool for gym. We didn't eat as there were plenty of options close by and we were out and about. Main bar was really nice and the late night staff were brilliant. Not pushy and very accommodating. "The Park suite we had was very comfortable with enough space for us as we had large luggages. It was also convenient to walk around the lovely Woodstock town and also so convenient to walk to Blenheim Palace which is a huge plus. Will definitely stay again if we go to Woodstock or Oxford. "

"Obtained a very good B&B 2night deal at the hotel, excellent facilities, large bar & seating areas, great bar food. Excellent buffet breakfast. All staff both at the front & back of house very polite/friendly & helpful. Only down side was the wasps in the garden seating area. Highly recommend. "
