"Our train was delayed and we were transferred to a bus which was late in arriving but Bhadar , the gentleman who met us was very accommodating. He helped with bringing our luggage upstairs and gave us a welcoming bottle of wine. There are not many early morning breakfast options. Our room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom window is funky and requires going outside to close it for privacy. "The Hallstatt Hideaway is a beautiful spot. We stayed in a room located on the mountain with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was large but cozy, and came with a few drinks stocked. Communication was easy through WhatsApp to arrange sauna time, check-in, and checkout."

"Amazing place"

"We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you"

"Everything was amazing, unit, garden, amenities, checknin , check out , location. But the better and difficult to get i er was The service provided by the manager, Raja, was outstanding… it was a real pleasure; he is an attentive, responsible, and charming person. We are very happy with our stay."

"Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay."

"Great."

"Close to shopping. River view was lovely."

"Location was great."
