"Sadly my stay was riddled with problems hence the rating. The blind broke the first time I used it, the clock alarm was preset without me knowing so woke me at 1am, the bed was sagging (so deeply uncomfortable). There were so many strands of long black hair left on the floor of the bathroom (I'm blonde), and I was placed next to a family with toddlers who's bedtime routine was to leave them to scream for 2 hrs each night from 10pm to 12am whilst they went to the bar for drinks. "The property was close to the Theatre."

"Good location with access to buses n Victoria cross station though we were drive in interstate visitors. Daily rate for parking was bit steep at $38 per night so we lucky to find plenty street parking g over the weekend. Room was clean enough however carpets in hallways really do need a deep clean for the stains and smell. Staffs were pleasant and helpful."

"The room was actually bigger than advertised, really kids friendly. We booked a standard queen room and it came with a big sofa. We were able to stretch ourselves across the queen bed and sofa. Best location we stayed so far. It’s at one end of Haymarket and corner of world tower. If you come to city for convenient location and good food, it’s really the best option I found so far."
