"Upgraded to Club level and that was a good decision. Breakfast on 32nd floor with gorgeous view. Staff was excellent. Went to afternoon tea and evening cocktails in lounge on 31st floor and had same level of service. Would recommend the hotel highly."

For some of the days the open areas around lobby were over utilised for a conference or something, leaving hotel guests no space to sit and work, which didn’t seem right given its location and services are more aligned to a city or corporate hotel. Gym very good, food good, staff helpful, overall a great stay."
