"We stayed here for our 22nd wedding anniversary and upon checking in the receptionist guy told us that our room have been upgraded and me and husband are so pleased. We also had lunch at Land's end restaurant and the food and customer service was lovely and accommodating. Great stay in the hotel over all. "

"I wasn't sure about the area around the location but the hotel itself was new and just what I needed for an overnight stay. Bus stop and Sainsbury's local was a few minutes walk away and the hotel is only 4 stops from Stratford bus station & Westfield shopping centre (with lots of restaurants there). Parking on site was available. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating and I was offered free hot and cold drinks on arrival (and free throughout the stay). I had an issue with the room and was moved quickly and efficiently. The room was small but comfortable and equipped with all I needed, the bed was comfy, the room had air conditioning and the shower was clean and hot. A variety hot and cold breakfast options in the pleasant reception area made it a pleasant start to the day. If I were coming to Stratford in the future, I'd be happy to stay here again. "
