"We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year as it's handy for visiting family.
The staff are always welcoming and the rooms comfortable.
The only thing we find is a regular issue is that there is always at least one item not available on the evening meal menu and this time is was more than one, which was a little frustrating. However, the food was of a good standard and the breakfasts are always excellent.
Despite the warm weather, the room was fairly cool, so we were able to get a comfortable...

"Very convenient for shops, cafes and restaurants. The Agra Indian restaurant is recommended, also the pizza and kebab takeaway by the church. The Myers bakery is superb."

"This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again."
