We were looked after by the owners from start to finish, Iain was super friendly and extremely helpful checking us in, showing us around etc. Our room was large, clean and the bed comfortable. When we left we were given free home baked goods by Hannah which was a really nice touch. Was like staying back at home with our parents bless them both. Beautiful place and would highly recommend."

"Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure "

"Hotel situated in a quite part of the town, yet not far from sea front and shops. Our room on ground floor was very good, clean warm , breakfast very very good, loads to choose from full breakfast piping hot. Can not find any fault with the hotel."

Breakfasts are 10/10 , giving enough option so there is something for everyone. Stayed 2 nights woth husband and daughter. 5 min walk to pleasure beach. Would stay again. "

"Lovely spacious double room. With the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Good size shower and strong shower spray. Very friendly staff, owner is the breakfast chef and the breakfast was excellent. Had steak on our 1st night, i have to say its best steak I've had for a long time and with proper homemade chips. Village is small enough to wander around to walk with various sites to see. Would definitely recommend a stay here."
