The house and outbuildings are well-insulated and equipped with a central heating pump and air conditioning unit, with additional heating appliances in each room to ensure comfort during the winter season.


Hornbæk is one of Denmark’s most exclusive getaway destinations, known for its stunning beaches, scenic forests, and beautiful nature.

This charming seaside town offers a variety of shopping options, cozy restaurants, and lively bars, making it the perfect place to relax and explore.

The beach and Hornbæk town, as well as the train and bus stations, are within walking distance of the house.

There is a private driveway and parking space on the property, as well as free street parking next to the house.

There are also 6 bicycles available for guests at the house.



Guests must bring their own bed linens, towels, and cleaning rags; firewood can be purchased at the supermarket, and guests are not permitted to use any firewood found on the property. The trash bins are emptied on Tuesdays; please do not overfill them.


By booking, you agree to the Rules, Terms, and Conditions:

· Subletting in any form is not permitted.

· The property is provided “as is,” i.e., as it appears and is used by the owner. It is not permitted to drill holes, paint, or make any other modifications to the property.

· Guests have access to all facilities and equipment, with the exception of the outdoor shed, which is locked and may not be used. Bed linens must be used on all beds that are occupied.

· Kitchen knives, wooden utensils, and fine porcelain must not be washed in the dishwasher. Do not place food directly on the oven racks or trays; always use oven-safe dishes.

· A maximum of 7 people are allowed to stay at the property. Pets and animals are not allowed on the property.

· It is not permitted to hold events or any kind of parties in the house or anywhere on the property. (Violating these rules will result in immediate termination of the rental period without a refund, and you will also be fined)

· The property must be treated gently, considerately, and carefully.

· No smoking or wearing shoes inside the property. No loud noise from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

· Guests are fully liable for any damaged or missing items and furniture, as well as any damage to the property or the grounds.

· All entrances must be locked, and all electronic devices must be turned off at all times when leaving the
