"I am well travelled, and are used to booking hotels and different properties, as I am also the owner of some in my home country. It however was the first time i tried a 24h self-checking. I can confirm that IT DOES NOT WORK. When i arrived at the property, i was not provided any details to access the room by the owner, and when using their heckin at the door I was charged again! "Perfect hotel for my touring holiday. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Good range of food for breakfast served in the beautiful Le Marrakech restaurant salon. Sites in the historic Altstadt a short walk away. Even better for me the hotel was directly opposite the train station (routes to Switzerland and Germany),the bus station and a short walk to the harbour (for ships to Mainau Island and Bodensee towns). The room i chose was comfortable but quite basic. A kettle or coffee maker and supplies would have been a welcome addition. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Hotel Malm."
