"This is a very nice appartment for a 5 days+ stay in a local neighborhood near Prag City Centre (only 15 minutes away by Tram or 30 minutes away by feet (very recommendable by the way)). Appartment is clean, very quite and was perceived bigger than 30qm due to the sunny balcony. Communication both with the landlord and the Manager was excellent - both very nice and responsive. Very recommendable and our favourite for our next stay."

"Sehr entspannter Urlaub. Lage der Wohnung sehr gut, man kann direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße kostenlos parken, die Metro ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Guter Kontskt zum Vermieter bei Frsgen."

"A great place if you are attending a conference at the Prague Congress Center but only if you are able to climb the thousand steps up the hill. Parking is generally available in this neighborhood and the nearby beer garden pub just a few doors down is great. The locals are very welcoming in that pub. Also walkable to the old town and the river."

"The apartment we stayed in is not a studio which was originally stated in the description. This place is a four bedroom apartment where guests live in 4 bed rooms and share one full bathroom and one toilet without a sink. The kitchen is just a small area with a hot plate, sink, plenty plates, and cups. The summer room we stayed in was quite noisy from tram traffic outside despite being on the second floor. "We absolutely loved this property. My partner and I traveled to Prague for work and this loft absolutely met every one of our needs. The location is in close proximity to public transit, and the route into the city is easy to follow. The property itself was super clean, everything worked as advertised, and it was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. The next time we're in the city we'll absolutely try to stay here again, and I can't recommend this property highly enough!Tereza was an absolute pleasure...

"Auto parkt auf dem Grundstück, Bushaltestelle keine 100 m entfernt, Prag ist einfach wundervoll. Ruhige Wohnung mit schönem Balkon, da kann man im Sommer schön Frühstück machen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen, was nicht immer in Ferienwohnungen so ist. Der Fernseher ist schon was älter, lange keinen Röhren Fernseher mehr gesehen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Prag sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe war vollkommen unkompliziert....

The location is unbeatable, with excellent transport connectivity that made getting around Prague a breeze. We had easy access to all the key tourist attractions, including the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle, which were just a short walk or quick tram ride away.
