"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. "Very nice hotel is excellent location just across main railway station and with very convenient parking. Pretty closely to old town, shops and restaurants. Excellent buffet breakfast included."
