"The driveway, is as exciting as some of the one lane bridges that some motorists don't give way, even though well marked. Steep incline, but safe, just be cautious. The unit was like new, note no W/D as set forth in the listing, but the owners who reside upstairs politely took care of our laundry for us. "Loved our stay here at this well appointed apartment tucked away in a quiet semi rural part of Kerikeri. Comfy beds, full kitchen and lovely lounge space to relax in. Outlook from the apartment is to a huge lawn with lots of trees. There was even an outside swinging day bed to relax on if weather permits, which it did for us! Also was great to meet our hosts who made us feel welcome. We would love to return next time we are headed north."

"My partner, myself, my daughter and my two grandchildren staued the night in the sunshine house.. We were attending my mums funeral and it was the perfect place to rest, align, relax and prepare emotionally for the funeral held the bext day.. We were opposite the river which was very tranquil and peaceful.. Our accommodation was perfectly clean and we could not fault anything.. We are thinking to return again for a holiday retreat.. Absolutey stunning.. Perfect staff also.."
