"The reviews for this place were all really good, so we thought we would give it a try. So glad we did!! A cute and humble lil family owned type of motel. Super comfy bed…..I like my bed on the firm side and this was perfect. The room was clean, and bright and the colors were inviting. In the room, besides the bed and a small table….there was also two nightstands, a small fridge, a microwave, a small 5 cup coffee pot and a portable AC unit, which we didn’t need. There was a wall mounted flat screen TV over the table. The bathroom wasn’t huge, it’s modest but it was bright and clean, with a powerful fan and the shower was perfect. Even tho it’s an older place,’I really liked the intimate feel of the place and how welcoming and accommodating the owners are. I plan on staying there again in the not too distant future."

"The room I got had vaulted ceiling with wood paneling and exposed beams. It was pretty sick. The vibe of the room was giving very much Pacific Northwest and looked premium without the price. The only downside is that without a front desk or an actual concierge, I can’t ask about where to go for brunch or dinner, or about the surrounding area—trail to the beach, whether or not you can drive on the beach, best locations for photography, et al. Also, please make sure your coffee makers actually work—the one I had was missing a component that actually pierces the pods. Going without coffee early in the morning without first freshening up was rough—you’re not going to catch me in my pajamas outside my room. Still 5 stars though!"

"We really loved this stay. Ocean Shores is a very quiet laid back place. Our room was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The walk to the beach was on the trail was wonderful! The beach itself was amazing! Highly recommend!"

"We liked the ocean view room and the deck. We had privacy which was nice. Access to the beach was nice, but lots and lots of stairs, so not accessible for everybody. In the bathroom, unfortunately, there was not a single hook or towel rack for bathrobes or hand towels to hang on. Our dinner in the restaurant was outstanding."
