"Cozy quirky clean central property. Lovely window seat in living room to watch the sea and the world go by. This property is above a very nice restaurant so you feel heat from the kitchen below. Thier extractor fan is a bit noisy beneath the double bedroom in the morning but everything quiet after 10 pm. Modern bathroom and plenty of communal room . We enjoyed our stay."

"Fantastic location. Lovely clean, bright and airy flat.A real homely feel, well appointed kitchen, excellent views from the comfortable lounge.Minor issues was the double bed as apposed to a king size bed, front door can be a bit draughty when the wind is directly at the property.Close to the pier and town, a superb holiday bolt hole for a few days break. "Ich war bereits das 2. Mal dort. Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Pool war auch sehr schön allerdings war das Wasser doch relativ kalt. Auch das Gym war brauchbar (dafür das es kostenlos dabei ist). Da die Gegend ziemlich abgelegen ist, braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Sonst würde ich der Unterkunft 5 geben. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen "

"This property is really lovely. Larger than it looks on the photos. The location couldn't be better for exploring southwold and surrounding areas. Really easy to check in. We went mid August so the parking was difficult, bear that in mind when arriving. If you plan to use the sofa bed, i think you need to let the host know as we needed to use it but there was no bedding. Also, the listing says there is a deck/ patio but there isnt. These points wouldnt stop us staying again - just good to know...
