"We loved this hotel. It was stylish and perfectly spotless. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more willing to help with anything we needed. The location was great for accessing U of SC easily. The restaurant and coffee bar were great and we appreciated the coffee and water stations on each floor. I only had two minor issues. Housekeeping was very light. They dropped off new towels daily but didn't even clear old coffee or water cups from the nightstand. We requested full service on the fourth day, which they happily accommodated. The other issue to note is street noise from the live music venue late at night. It's no fault of their own, but definitely made it harder to sleep Thursday thru Saturday nights. To deal with this issue, next time I will request a room facing the back- then this hotel will be a perfect stay! We'll be back!"
