"We were impressed from check in to checkout. The rooms, pool, and fireplace pits were extremely clean. There were 2 hot tubs. The workout room had 2 modern treadmills and a bike with some assorted weights. Breakfast was continental with good choices. It was quiet at night! Checkout and parking was easy. We will stay again! "When we arrived we were stunned by the panoramic view of the lake and the vastness of the patio and decks. I was thrilled by the fully equipped kitchen and the plentiful bathrooms and towels and pillows. Between the decks and hot tub we spent much of our time outside. The evenings were heavenly with the bright view of the stars and crickets down by the lake. The house is perfectly situated to explore downtown Sandpoint, Hope & Clark Fork. We found delicious pizza at The Old Ice House and wonderful cinnamon rolls and pies at Clark Fork Pantry. The theater room wasn’t something I thought necessary in a vacation rental but I’m now a believer! I was so impressed watching movies with the whole family in surround-sound in deep luxurious recliners. Better than any movie theater. We were all delighted with old-fashioned popcorn maker that completed the full experience. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy! Rebecca is friendly, kind and a fantastic communicator! We heard back within minutes whenever we reached out. Five stars! We hope to come back soon!"
