It was classic Colorado spring and we had very high winds the first night/day and our power went off (entire region was out). Chris our host was prompt to respond and called power company to get an estimate of when it would return and offered to bring over a heater. Fortunately, power returned within 30 minutes so all was...

"We could not get a hold of host for keyless access and to talk about concerns we had. I sent multiple emails and called him several times and left voicemails. He called us 30 minutes before our checkin saying he had never received anything from me. We ended up staying at a hotel and didn’t receive our full refund."

"If you are visiting this beautiful region of the country this is a great property to choose. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful in the farmland surrounded by mountains just minutes from Alamosa. The homeowner is very responsive - answering questions within minutes even - in my experience - during a major holiday weekend. We all commented how nice it was to return to our VRBO each day after the adventures. I will stay here again the next time I visit this region of Colorado. ...
