"For my personal needs it was further away from London city Centre than I would have liked, but that’s not the fault of the property. Otherwise great! Very safe and quiet, adorable neighborhood that made me feel like I was in a true English village. No A/C, but multiple fans provided. Utilized the laundry availability. I also accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind and they were nice enough to keep watch for it, find it for me, give me a call and hold it for a friend to pick up. "

"This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "

"We enjoyed our stay very, very much! The beds were very comfortable, spacious equipped kitchen, and two full baths with showers! Very close to the bus stop, excellent neighborhood and many types of restaurants close by. Our hostess was very helpful with directions and check-in. I would love to stay here again!"

"Was able to get an overground train into London Bridge. Took approx 25 mins. Property was well equipped. Beds were comfy. Tesco express nearby"

"I would happily stay here again. The photos do accurately reflect what you get. Best clean and spacious. Building’s elevator did not work which made getting my international sized travel luggage up several flights of stairs very challenging. "

"This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it. The host Amanda is on hand for any problems (first time I couldn't open the front door, second time I left a bag behind!). Next door to a pub but no noise from there. Wonderful fields opposite for walking my dog. Immaculate fixtures and fittings. Due to mobility problems I did struggle climbing into the property until I realised I could hold on to the round door knocker! Not far from a road but very little traffic; I struggle to sleep but...
