"Where do I even start with this amazing cottage!Cottage is tucked away providing the perfect balance of Island life. Peaceful place to retreat for rest and relaxation. It was quiet, clean, and topped with fresh flowers waiting for us. Fridge was also stocked with some goodies as well. Location is perfect, only a couple minute walk to amazing local beaches filled with turtles. Not to mention a 2 minute drive to Paia Town to enjoy all the great shops and food. Kelly’s communication only adds icing on the cake. From the very beginning she was very warm, welcoming and responsive. Without a doubt we’ll be returning to this perfect spot in paradise!Aloha, Robert"

"I had such a lovely experience here! The condo is designed well, comfortable and has everything you need for your trip (including beach chairs and towels!). The AC units were effective but mostly I had the back door open to let the breeze in. The location is incredible - steps away from the beach (Kuau Cove) and an amazing local general store with great coffee, snacks, and goods (Kuau Store). You are so close to the town of Paia and Baldwin beach as well as the start to the road to Hana. Communication was efficient and the welcome book helped with instructions and island recs (including a page on the spirit of Aloha which I thought was so special). Loved everything about my stay, will definitely be back!"

"Incredible lanai ocean views, tropical flora and fauna. Walking a short way to the beachfront lawn and watching the sunset and ocean life was wonderful. Valerie and Craig could not have been more hospitable. This is a great find near Paia! Charming cottage, great kitchen and views from the bedroom were all pluses. "

"Deeply disappointed. This is our 4th stay at Kuau Plaza. All the other units were nice. This owner put no effort in providing a pleasant stay. Stained carpet needs to be replaced. Kitchen cabinets need upgrading , it was hot and uncomfortable. We have been to Maui twice a year for the last 5 years. We always stay in Paia. We love Maui and saddened by this experience."
