"Clean and up-to-date room. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Good location as it is close to the train station and several notable locations were only a short walk or bus ride away. Only issues were the noise from outside could get a bit loud if drunken tourist walked by and the bathroom was on a motion sensor for the lights which didn’t read you when you’re in the shower. Had to wave my arm outside the shower door every few minutes to turn the light on. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel for anyone staying in the city."

"Where can I begin...from start to finish excellent facilities, location and service. Friendly,knowledgeable, courteous staff. Went the extra mile helping us plan itineraries, guide us on where and how to go. Even printed out the tickets for our hop on hop off bus tour. I want to give a shout out to one person in particular, Ronald, you know who you are!. I think you epitomise all that is good about Best Western Plus. You deserve recognition for your lovely manner, friendly yet always professional. I am sure you will go far in your career. Normally I look for a new city break each time, but there is still a vast amount of Amsterdam's cultural pearls I have yet to discover. And I would recommend the Hoopddorf Best Western Plus for anyone who is visiting for a short break. It is the "Best" and Ronald and rest of stafd made it the "plus". Combine it with the pass you can purchase from the local transportation services for travel by all modes. See you again soon. 4 tired but very happy travellers from London."
