"All the service was nice. We were so welcomed after night connection flight. Especially Mr.Tanaka helped us a lot and everything went smooth even we had a baby. The entrance is connected to departure floor and it was very worth it to stay there before the international flight. We will be back there again👍"

"Fantastic location conveniently linked to HND T3 via indoor walkable corridor with plenty of shops and a Lawson 24 hours opened. Onsen is great and it’s 24 hours too but it can be crowded sometimes. Things are clean and staff is always ready to help. "

"The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The space is clean and has opulent touches. There are laundry options(I used the coin laundry) there were two convenience stores inside the hotel, which was great for late night snacks(or anytime) and beverages!! I didn’t use the spa because I was busy exploring, but I heard it was amazing and many guests were using it and it’s free as a guest!! Next time. I would absolutely stay here again! "
