This large, fully furnished, one-bedroom/one-bath condo is on the 34th floor at the Waikiki Banyan. This corner unit features beautiful ocean views. Free parking and Wifi use. The kitchen was recently redecorated. Brand new air upgraded conditioner. Newly upgraded Queen size sofa bed and lounge chairs in living room.

The condo accommodates up to four guests -- with two twin beds (which can be converted to a king-size bed, upon request) and a queen-size sofa bed. Amenities include air-conditioning, a lanai, upgraded HD cable TV, a DVD player, and a phone with unlimited free local calls to the island of Oahu. There is free high speed wireless inter-net access. Additionally, there is a full kitchen and free parking. The unit was recently redecorated with new wood and tile floors, new paint, new vanity & tiles in the bathroom as well as plush new beds and new island furniture and new drapes. Waikiki Beach is just one block away.
This is a great romantic getaway
There is currently a 10% discount being offered because of the renovations of the pool & recreation deck.

Excellent location

We had a great vacation and loved staying at this property. Proximity to the beach with amazing ocean/Diamond Head views helped make our stay enjoyable. It was always great to come back to cold AC after a hot day in the sun. Thanks again!

Nice Stay - Beautiful View

Good location and a clean and comfortable condo, Howard was easy to work with and check-in/out was a breeze. The building is dated but well maintained, and some mentioned slow elevators but we found them to be quick for a high rise building. Free parking a very nice perk and we would stay here again if we were to return to Oahu.

Location, location, location

We adore staying at the Waikiki Banyan. The location cannot be beat and the free parking is a huge perk. The check in process was very easy and all staff at the Banyan embody the aloha spirit of Hawai'i. The view from the condo was stunning - Waikiki Beach is a gorgeous back drop. The condo could use some maintenance (bathroom window, lanai drain, overall cleanliness) and instructions (tv and shower - - hint; pull out on the shower handle HARD to start the flow of water) but we greatly appreciated the late checkout granted by our host. Mahalo Howard!

This property and unit were amazing! Complex was quiet and the grounds very clean. This corner unit had breath taking views. Shopping and restaurants abundant. Groceries nearby as well as Starbucks. The owner, Howard, was on top of any maintenance issues! Definitely will be back!

Explanation

Great views, centrally located But needled more explanation on the security key and running the TV’s, for first time users of your place. Also the linen services, as in if they have a schedule they use or we call for the service. Would definitely want to stay again when we come back.

Great location and views

Pros- Fantastic location …only a 3 minute walk to a quiet part of the beach. Beautiful Views-bedroom and kitchen window beautiful sunrise over Diamond Head, front window and balcony beautiful ocean view. All Essentials were in condo and easy access to laundry, garbage and recycling. Parking-onsite parking at no extra cost. Daily parking rate in Waikiki is $45 at minimum. Cons-The interior was not clean with visible dirt in high touch areas and around windows. The bathroom ceiling had black mold next to window. This was addressed quickly once we notified the owner.

Good Location

Location of building in Waikiki is good and the views are great. Seemed like building needs updating and some renovation work was ongoing in hallways and parking lots. Having parking pass made parking easy.

Beautiful view

Comfortable unit, with breathtaking views, near wonderful restaurants. If you plan on cooking in unit be sure to bring all food, even salt. Coffee provided for 1 pot/ day. No need to cook though, since unit is walking distance to great expensive and inexpensive options. Stayed in Waikiki to to finally visit Pearl Harbor on our way to Kuaui .

Gorgeous condo! Super Clean and convenient!

Of the many places and short term rental properties on this and other islands, Howard’s condo was too-notch. Clean, well-maintained, conveniently located, we’re all important factors when we search for a place and Howard’s immaculate unit exceeded our expectations. Mahalo for getting the leaking faucet fixed right away. We enjoyed the great views of the ocean, mountains, and pool, Howard! We’d definitely love to stay here when we’re back on Oahu. Mahalo!
