King bed in the bedroom + brand new Queen memory foam leather sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests.

Vintage Pacman and Ms. Pacman Arcade Games, small computer/writing desk & chair, alarm clock, sound machine, ironing board & iron amenities in the bedroom.

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, from a coffee maker and toaster to rice cooker and pots/pans-it’s perfect for cooking up your favorite meals.

Start-up supplies: Keurig coffee pods, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies.

Guests have one unassigned complimentary parking space (vehicles under 6’ tall). Coin operated laundry facilities are located on each floor. $1.75/washer and $1.75/dryer. Bills can be exchanged for coins at the front desk. Trash chutes are located on each floor. Free use of the pool and recreational/picnic area from 9 am to 9 pm (due to COVID 19, use of these areas may be affected). There is a convenience store onsite. The property has 24-hour onsite security, so it is very safe and welcoming. Please note that upon arrival, all guests MUST check-in with security. Failure to do this may result in a $1,000 fine from the building association.

Other things to note
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.

Please note that a $500 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter for further action. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and safe environment.

For the safety and security of all our guests, we may request a copy of valid ID for each arriving guest after the reservation is confirmed. This measure helps ensure a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

Please note that water and power interruptions may occasionally occur due to building management's maintenance or operational activities, which are standard in most hospitality businesses. These activities are initiated and controlled solely by the building management and are beyond the host’s scope of responsibility. We strive to communicate any announcements promptly; however, such occurrences are not reflective of the host's service or property upkeep.

Please be aware that occasional noise may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the urban environment. Since our units are privately managed privately, the front desk does not officially accommodate parcel deliveries on our behalf. However, you may still check with them to see if they have accepted your package as a courtesy. If not, your package may be left at the front door of the unit. To ensure a secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping to the nearest parcel station provided by your chosen carrier and arranging for pickup directly from them. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
