Waikiki Banyan is one of the most sought after condo buildings in all of Waikiki, with an onsite parking garage, security team on duty 24/7, a large rec deck, and close proximity to all Waikiki has to offer.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

Your Waikiki Condo is ideally located just steps from the iconic Waikiki Beach, offering easy access to golden sands, vibrant dining options, and trendy shops. The neighborhood buzzes with entertainment and cultural experiences, making it the perfect base to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in Honolulu.

The easiest way to get around and see the island is by rental car. Alternatively, you can use the bus system, uber/lift, or day trip tours around the island.

For staying in Waikiki, it is very walkable. The Biki bike rentals are also an easy way to get around Waikiki.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned condo unit, not part of the buildings hotel system. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but I am not on site 24/7.
House Rules:

-No smoking in the property or on the lanai
-No pets are allowed on the premises
-No parties or events on the premises
-Please observe quiet hours of 10pm to 8am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit.
-Please leave the parking pass and garage key on the kitchen table when you check out. A fine of $250 will be passed on to the guest for a lost parking pass or garage key.

Amazing!

This place is amazing. The view is awesome with a good size lanai to relax and enjoy the view. Everything was as described. The local touches are always appreciated. I also appreciated the directions provided prior to checking in. It was wonderful!

Perfect family vacation

We had the best time at this well located property! We were right in the thick of things in Waikiki, within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and sites. The on site parking is worth its weight in gold! The property was very clean and had everything we could’ve possibly needed for our stay! Our family had space to spread out and be comfortable with all the luxuries of home. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Waikiki!

Looks better than the pictures

The unit is very clean, nicely designed, quiet, and most importantly, has a comfortable bed! It’s got nice mauka views and you can see Diamond Head from both the bedroom and kitchen. My partner had to work in the mornings and it was quiet with good WiFi- perfect! Easy in/out of Waikiki though there are fewer places to walk to eat, it is quieter than other parts of Waikiki.
