Newly Renovated Marina-Water Front Luxury Home

Aloha! This newly renovated 5 bedrooms, 3-bathroom home is located on the desirable east side of Oahu (Hawaii Kai.) This beautiful marina-front property with private water access boasts incredible 360-degree views of surrounding mountains and valleys.

Each room has a window AC unit or wall unit. Bedding Upstairs Queen in Master Room #1, 1 full in 2nd Bedroom, 3rd Bedroom 2, twins(kids), Downstairs, 4th bedroom Queen, 5th room Full bed….for the additional guest we have air mattresses double and twins. Some of the rooms have space for those mattresses or in the living room. The total capacity for the home is 15 guest

) Just minutes away from popular tourist destinations including Hanauma Bay, Koko Head, and Sandy's Beach. Enjoy this spacious home with recent renovations top to bottom to include, all new floors, a gourmet kitchen, bathrooms, and so much more! The home offers vaulted ceilings in the main living room, and a bright spacious interior decorated with upscale quality furniture throughout.
Not only will your family and guests enjoy the privacy of this home, but will probably spend the better part of the day hanging out barbecuing on the large lanai, taking dips in the lengthy lap pool, or Kayaking with direct access to the Marina from the backyard.
The home can accommodate comfortably 10 people with existing bedding. Overflow sleeping opportunity for up to 5 additional guests in the main living area with inflatable mattresses (total 15 guests) It is equipped with everything you need - including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, flat screen T. V’s., and Wi-Fi. Ample storage and closet space inside and out. Plenty of parking in the driveway, and on the street. This house is perfect for an Amazing

It is a short drive to Koko Marina Center and Hawaii Kai Town Center where there are water sports such as parasailing, scuba diving, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, and fishing. The marina is ideal for, skiing, boating, and kayaking.
There are some of Hawaii's favorite restaurants within walking distance: Assaggio's, Greek Marina, Kona Brewery, Starbucks, and Zippy s along with an ice cream parlor! Within a short distance are Roy's Restaurant, Outback Steakhouse, Cha Cha's, and Liko's . Other favorite places: 24-hour fitness, yoga & tai kwondo centers, theaters, gift shops, nail & hair salons, and grocery stores.

Perfect Family Getaway!!

We couldn't have asked for a better location or stay! Diamond head is literally a hop skip and a jump out the front door, grocery store up the block, minutes from beaches, food, and so much more! Beautiful pool and all the amenities you could ask for. We stocked up on food and cooked in for most meals, hit up food trips for the rest. Couldn't appreciate the bodyboards and towels more! Loved our stay!

we loved it!

My family and I enjoyed having our own pool and a spacious house! The location was great, a few minutes away from Costco and a Safeway. The only thing was the neighbor feeds the birds so we hear and smell them but it wasn’t too much of a bother.

We loved this house!

We had a great time at this house. The cleaning fee was a little higher than we are used to, but the house was impeccably clean compared to other places we’ve been to and clearly worth it. The pigeons are a bummer- we noticed when the pigeon lady cleaned her patio and it really stunk on this property, but I didn’t feel like it was dirty or unsafe. The house was perfect for a large group and the outdoor space was fantastic with the beautiful mango tree. I would stay here again.

Great house; plenty of room; nice location

This house had plenty of room for 7 of us. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Good location to quickly get to sightseeing, beaches, or Waikiki. AC in each room worked great to keep everyone cool to their own liking.

Fun getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at Mica’s! The property was in a perfect location with great parking; stores and restaurants close by. The house was very clean with a lot of space for lots of kids to run around and enjoy. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you might need, want or have forgotten. We loved the pool, it was the perfect size and depth for our needs, although needs to be skimmed frequently due to the neighbor’s pigeon colony. Mica is very accommodating and also allowed us to have a late checkout. We would 100% return for another stay.

Beautiful little Hidden Gem

My family needed to make a trip to Hawaii on short notice, and struggled to find a place to stay, until we came across Mica's property posting here on VRBO. Thankfully, Mica was quick to respond, and incredibly accommodating despite complications due to VRBO's system error. Mica's responsiveness was especially appreciated given our circumstances. The place is beautifully spacious and clean. The pool and backyard overlooking the water was such a joy to be in, especially during the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and other pantry essentials. It is located in a really nice, quiet neighborhood with a Costco conveniently located just a couple blocks away. One thing I would add though, is that the number of pigeons here is out of control...! (I think they all nest in the neighbor's tree) The pigeons will start coo-ing at the break of dawn, and the noise can get loud, and even obnoxious in certain top floor rooms, as they will start pecking on the windows. If you're a light sleeper, don't sleep on the top floor, or you will be awake very early in the morning lol I find that it helps to leave the AC on, as the rumbling of the AC scares the pigeons away I think...? Anyway, it doesn't take away from my overall very pleasant experience here at Mica's place. Definitely a gem and highly recommend to large families or groups of friends looking to relax and have a great time.

Awesome Location - Great home base!

The location was awesome, great for everything Waikiki and East Coast. The window AC units kept up really well, the renovations are beautiful and the beach amenities (chairs, toys, snorkels) were super helpful. The owners were super responsive and lovely. There was one major downside to consider: the next door neighbor feeds and keeps a LOT of birds in her yard. There was an obvious smell and there were bird feathers in the pool often. As a home base, this house was great but if you’re planning to hang at the house and use the backyard often/daily, it might be a turn off. The owners do everything they can, fake owls, shiny windchimes, wires across the trees to break up the flight pattern. We did swim and enjoy the yard, just in smaller time frames than we might otherwise have. Lovely home, still definitely a 5 star stay for the price.

Family Reunion

We were a family group of nine, 6 adults and 3 children, that thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this water front home. The house was well maintained and had the perfect bedroom configuration for our group. The large kitchen and big dining table was great for meals and game playing. There were only two small things that I might mention in regard to the neighboring houses. One house had a dog that would bark continually if we were in the pool. The other neighbor raises or keeps pigeons and before using the pool we had to skim all the feathers. But the great house and easy location would make this a spot that we would rent again.

Graduation and Hawaiian Vacation

We were so impressed. The house was more than we expected the pictures are only a glimpse. Everything was perfect! Thank you Mike for accommodating all our needs. We were there to celebrate our daughter's graduation for UH with family. The property is conveniently located to everything. Every day was a great adventure. The pool was a bonus, refreshing and clean!! The yard had plenty of shade and sunshine. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms clean and bright. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of space to seat everyone. The laundry room was huge and a the washer and dryer easy to use. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in Hawai'i Kai. It is our go to and we will be back!! Thank you Mike!!

Nice home!

This our second time in Oahu. We love this island. ❤️ This home is nice and spacious. We are family of 9 adults and 3 little kids. 3 bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs Which is perfect for my mom that has knee surgery and cannot use the stairs that much. All bedroom has AC and ceiling fans. Wish the beds are bigger tho. :( we love the kitchen and the dinning table which can fit all of us. Our favorite place in the house is the kitchen. all the things you need are here. Love the big washer and dryer too! There’s coolers picnic blankets boogie boards and sand toys. Small bbq pit that we used by the beach one day . And the backyard? It’s nice that you’re in the marina but then if you are looking for a house with a pool.. this is NOTFOR YOU . We didn’t get to use the pool. Our first day my kids wanted to jump in the pool but it’s really dirty. We contacted owner he responded right away and the pool cleaner came and cleaned it. But after few hours after we went to Costco it has a lot of bird poop again, and I don’t think if safe for the kids to swim in the pool. Next day early morning around 5am we woke up with bird noises. My daughter went outside and we saw a lot of pigeons and more bird poop in the pool we are really disappointed. And smells bad in the backyard. We only hangout there at night when we bbq. And go back inside the house. It’s nice view but the neighbors have a lot of pigeons and the other neighbor have a big dog that keep barking at my kids. They got really scared. This location is close to Safeway and Costco. Big plus for us. An hour away to north shore, 25 mins from the airport, 20 mins Hanauma Bay 30 mins Lanikai beach our fave! We had a really good time. This home is almost perfect for us. Big and spacious. Very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating us!

Very large, clean and modern villa.

Great villa! The kitchen and backyard are amazing! The place was very clean and spacious. The only downside is that the neighbours next door feed the birds. So every morning around 6 am the birds can get pretty loud. Over all, great place and Mike was a great host. Would stay again

Fantastic view, facility & everything you want :)

All our families of mine & husband's friens loved this house including its pool, Wii game, well equipped kitchen & laundry room having clothes dryer, all kinds of detergent as well as washing machine. Its location is also good to go to the near restaurant, cafe & Safeway within 10mins by ride and you'd see many beautiful houses in the neiborhood. Ride either to Wikiki or Waimanalo doesn't take so long. The minor inconvenience below didn't harm our happy mood for 5 nights in a row actually, but for next guest's convenience, I'm adding some ; Neighbor is very quiet, but the dog in the adjoining house barks very loud sometimes. The grill beside the pool looks like being quite a while since lastly used, so we chose to take out the food instead. One of hair dryers equipped in each bathroom didn't work and TV in master bedroom was not used because we could not figure out how to operate the remote control of TV & razerdisc machine.

Beautiful Home on the Koko Marina

Great for a large family. Location excellent!!

The location and number of rooms and bathrooms worked well for our large family get together of 14. Well stocked kitchen and nice BBQ outside next to the pool.

Beautiful and Bright House

House is located in a nice area and has more than enough space for our group of 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and I’m surprised to see shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms and lots of towels. All the rooms in the house has its own aircon. Mike is nice and response to my call and text in timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family.

Beautiful House in a great location. It was a perfect resting place after exploring the island.

I highly recommend staying at Mike's home. Leading up to the trip Mike was very helpful with providing us with information regarding stay. Whenever I emailed him, he would respond within 24 hours. 11 of us stayed at the home (eight adults and three children). There was plenty of beds and space in general. The backyard is an oasis with a beautiful view of the mountain range. The kids loved the pool on days we didn't make it to the beach. The house is a perfect location! We had direct access to the east and north shore, and to Wakiki. From the backyard balcony we could see Diamond Head, and from the front yard we could view Koko Crater. I highly recommend staying at this home if you're ever in Oahu!
