The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, and the living room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa and a 48'' smart TV for entertainment. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, allowing for easy meal preparation, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower for your convenience. The balcony, complete with a table and chairs, is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of Waikiki.
We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels, and you'll have easy access to laundry facilities on each floor. Plus, with no resort fee, free high-speed internet, and complimentary parking, which is rare in Waikiki (the average cost of daily parking is $50 per day in the building), your stay will be hassle-free.
Waikiki Banyan also features an incredible sixth-floor recreation deck, complete with a large pool, jet spa, sauna, coin-operated electric BBQ, and a children's playground. We encourage you to take advantage of these fantastic amenities to create lasting memories with your loved ones.

**STARTER SUPPLIES:** We provide a welcome starter supply kit including toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note this is a starter supply to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival.
**LINENS & TOWELS:** You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest, sheets, pillows, one blanket, and one comforter. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
**BEACH ESSENTIALS:** For your enjoyment, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are ready for you in the unit.
**THE RECREATION DECK ON THE 6TH FLOOR INCLUDES:**
* A spacious heated pool, accessible between 9 AM and 9 PM. * Two hot tubs for your relaxation. * Restrooms, showers, and a sauna, all accessible from 9 AM to 9 PM. * A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM. * A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.
Important updates regarding the building's amenities and ongoing improvements:
Please be aware that the recreation deck, including the pool and BBQ facilities, will be closed for renovations starting April 7, 2025. This work is anticipated to last for approximately one year. We have already adjusted rates to reflect the temporary unavailability of these amenities. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our building.
For your convenience, please note the following facilities within the building: * A coffee shop is located on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1. * A convenience store is also located on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1. * A coin machine can be found on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2.
We are also pleased to announce that the building's elevator project was completed in June 2025. All old elevators have been replaced with new, state-of-the-art models, providing faster, smoother, and more reliable service.
**LAUNDRY ROOMS:** Laundry rooms are located on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. A coin change machine is available next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am to 10 pm daily.
**TRASH ROOM:** Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.
How to get to your destination from Honolulu Airport:
It is just a 20-minute drive from the airport , exploring Oahu is best done by car, and we're happy to offer complimentary parking for our guests. This allows you the flexibility to see the entire island at your own pace, beyond just the Waikiki area. You can also grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival.
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we are unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you would like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an extra night.

* Please turn off the AC when leaving to help us keep rates affordable.
* Please take out the trash upon checkout.
* Please strip the linens, towels, and sheets, and leave them on the bathroom floor for our cleaner.
* Late check-outs may be available for a $100 fee (subject to availability).
