Look no further, you've found PARADISE! This condo is located on the 19th floor of the Ilikai Hotel and offers the comforts and conveniences of home. It is well maintained, reasonably priced and conveniently located in Waikiki. This condo been fully remolded and redesigned with your comfort in mind. Brand new bed & furniture installed 2019 to give the condo a bright update!
Relax on the cooler side of the building and enjoy the tropical breezes from the mountain. Lay down in the cozy bed or lounge on your spacious lanai and watch the Honolulu city come alive at night.

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and USA/Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. Nice place/location

Nice condo. Close to things and good services in the hotel/condo. The pullout bed is a bit small, so we need to rent a fold bed. Parking was expensive but so is all of Waikiki but good valet service-not long waits. Clean place that we would return to.

Average accommodation at Ilikai

Apartment was clean and fairly well appointed with kitchenware and dishes. There were a few issues upon check in as blinds were missing and the office was closed over the weekend so it took multiple trips down on Monday until maintenance arrived to fix them. The unit is very loud due to street traffic, and bright because it faces Ala Moana blvd and multiple other highrises. I wish there was either curtains or proper blinds because we found it very bright and it disturbed our sleep - we were up everyday at sunrise because of light alone. Lanai could use some TLC as 1 chair was missing a cushion and the table was very old and unsteady so you couldn't eat on it. Very few outlets in the unit worked, only those beside the bed, 1 in the kitchen, and the one with the TV powerbar provided enough juice to charge things. Overall, a good stay but a few disappointments ro be aware of if you're booking this very expensive unit: - No extractor fan in the bathroom so needed to leave the door open to avoid moist in the linen closet - Dishwasher very loud so couldn't run it overnight - Loud street traffic at all hours, and extremely bright - Bed was way too soft for me - I had horrific back pain the 2nd week and am still recovering - SmartTV only (no cable) so with new password sharing rules you likely cannot connect your streaming services which limits any in-room entertainment, but you can connect an HDMI cord for chromecast/laptop use
