"Thank you John for an amazing experience in Maui! Our family of 5 are all adults and we found both the communal spaces and bedrooms were large and accommodating. Several of us like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. The in-condo laundry units were used daily.The location was magnificent. We saw turtles every day, no whales as they've already left for the season but we could imagine seeing them right from the balcony. The grocery store, coffee shops, bakeries, ABC store, etc... were all very close. The beach chairs were used daily! And we were so happy to have our own beach as well as a pool. We never had a problem getting a parking space. John was extremely responsive and pleasant! We did have a clog with our garbage disposal and all I had to do was text him and help was on the way. A little more help was needed the following day, which was Sunday, and a repair person came and took care of the problem! We really appreciated the responsiveness and help, especially on a Sunday.My husband and I had been to Maui about 25 years ago and stayed at the Sheraton, just down the street. We had drinks there this time and watched the sunset over Blackrock. While the property is lovely, we were so glad to be coming back to our slice of heaven. No crowds, plenty of space on the beach and pool, and an ocean front view. We are so glad we chose this property for our vacation and left wanting more! We would/will stay here on our next trip to Maui."

"I was here for a family reunion, and we had an amazing time! Our host was so helpful; she greeted us when we arrived and gave us a full tour. All of the rooms were well appointed clean and very roomy. No one was disappointed with their space... The property was four stories tall so if anyone had a mobility issue, this could be a problem… The only thing missing was an elevator, but besides that it was an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend to anyone with a larger group.."

"The Resort may be a little older, but 209 is modern, cleam, comfortable. Check for the parking pass in the basket on the kitchen counter. The resort is clean, well maintained. The pool looks to be cleaned at least twice everyday. There is a grill and chairs on the ocean front area. Access to the area is to the right when you get off the elevator and opens at 9 AM. There are stairs down to the ocean. Safe neighborhood from what i coud see and i took a walk around Manager was friendly "

"Nice place, the host was super responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and great! We saw turtles from the balcony and it was nice to have the beach available. Had beach chairs and boogie boards and an equipped kitchen. New TVs. We had a great stay... There's a grumpy separate complex manager that doesn't like kids in the pool. So if you have younger children that are loud beware they won't be welcome in the pool area. Otherwise it was really great. Super close to a couple snorkeling areas. Water is a little choppy at times to snorkel right around the condo but it's still doable. "

"Had a very welcoming stay in Honokawai. An older building but has everything you need and a beautiful ground floor garden Lanai. It's situated in a walkable area, with a park next door and food trucks down the street. Plus the best Cinnamon buns ever at Papi Ohana's. David was very accomodating and very quick to respond. "

"This property and vacation was everything I had hoped for. The two units fit our family of 11 (8 adults and 3 children) perfectly. We had a bedroom for each couple and one for the kids. The views are amazing and we watched turtles pass by the balcony 24/7. One turtle decided to beach himself right under our balcony for the afternoon. We saw whales, dolphins, and even a monk seal stopping by to check out the turtle. The only thing missing was one of the parking passes but a simple phone call and they immediately dropped it off. They were very prompt with our request and checked to make sure we didn't need anything else. We snorkeled daily right outside the complex and the kids played endlessly in the pool and on the sandy beach. Not all of the complexes have a sandy beach so this was a bonus. We BBQ'd several meals and made use of the pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers for our excursions. I would highly recommend this location and hope to make this a regular trip. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed."
