This was a lovely place to stay while we visited the Kisakata beach. The host was incredibly helpful and picked us up when we went to the wrong train station. The host had sent a message with our initial reservation that the Google Maps directions were wrong but I missed that information. So for future visitors: DO NOT follow the Google Maps directions. They will take you to a field in the middle of nowhere. In English you need to search for the exact address and select the ābudget hotel in...

This is a great place to have an authentic Japanese experience. The traditional rooms with tatami floors were spacious and clean. The bedding was light and warm. The onsen experience was very pleasant. The traditional breakfast was flavorful and so were the welcome snacks. Definitely a valuable experience for those visiting the area.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't have the breakfast nor use the parking so I can't speak to those areas. I had an amazing stay and really enjoyed my room and the location. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Loved their complimentary breakfast. They changed some side dish menu every day so I never got tired of it. You might need to wait in the line right after the serving time starts (6:30AM). Although the seats are limited, thereās an option to take out food to your room.

There were food options in the station as well as nearby, along with a lovely park and a shopping mall with a LOFT store. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. They also offer complimentary breakfast and free coffee.
