"Location is good but very hard communication for foreigner"

"I used this accommodation as a private rental (minpaku), but there were multiple problems with both the cleanliness and the host's management. The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit. The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. A cockroach came out of the trash can, which was very unpleasant. The refrigerator had handprints, dirt, and a foul odor, but I had to use it out of...

"Nice place to stay if in the area."

"The location of this property is excellent!!! However, the apartment itself needs to be cleaned! Recommendation to the owner: Clean this property and maintain it well. You will attract more clients with good reviews."
