"Nice"

"Quite disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay, and it was only made known to us a few days before our trip. To be fair, hotel did offer alternative swimming facility in a nearby hotel but it would not be convenient to us."

"Beautiful rooms and views of the bay, amenities in the room were wonderful (loved being able to open curtains from bed), excellent morning buffet, central location, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay went well."

"Good location, rooms are very clean and the bathroom was large. Staff very friendly and eager to help and greet you every time you walk through the door."

"Super Lage. Essensmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war eher klein und mit wenigen Ablageflächeb, genügte jedoch für 2 Tage aus."

"Room was exactly what I needed, all was very well laid out and staff were friendly"

"So the location, the room, and staff were all fine. However, this hotel has a very strange check in and check out policy. I originally booked for 2 days and their checkin time was 8 PM (ok, that was late but I figured that I could make it work. I was then told that I would have to leave and recheck in on the subsequent day. I guess they rent their rooms out in 12 hr shifts. Needless to say, I contacted Expedia and the manager accommodated me like a normal hotel. Now, to be clear, I didn’t mind...

"Soundproofing the rooms not great gym could have been bigger too"

"The location was fabulous. The problem was, when we first got a room on the second floor there were three of us. We walked in the room, it stunked, so bad we had to leave immediately. And all they offered us in the beginning was, do you want us to sanitize it? It was totally disgusting. It smelled like poop. Can they finally upgrade or this to a room on the fifth floor that didn't smell like the first room. The first impression, when you walk in the front door and look to your left. The carpets...

"Easy access to the mall where there was shopping and every type of food you could want... also a good work spot for me"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was quiet at night with no outside traffic noise and the all day snacks, coffee and tee were appreciated."

"Great location and Roma. It massive but ok"

"One of the best Hostels I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, convenient, and in the heart of China town next to everything"
