"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"The apartment was very clean and well cared for. The host, Victor, responded quickly to our questions and needs. The only critique is that there was some noise to contend with coming from the upstairs apartment and adjacent apartment. Besides that, it was a nice place to stay."

"Communication with the owner was amazing. It was warm, cozy, and clean feeling the second we walked in. Location was great. There is a dollar tree around the corner and just a few minutes from Falls Park or the mall. Checking in and out was amazing and super easy. I didn’t see any dust anywhere.
