Great location

The hotel was in a great location, close to pedestrian walkway, full of local restaurants and shops. The restaurant below served dinner and breakfast, both of which we tried. They were great, My only negative would be that the rooms could have been a little cleaner, for example, the walls needed washing down as they appeared to be coffee, splashes, etc., on them. The upside and a wonderful surprise was the fact that the unit had a washing machine which we were thankful for. I would recommend this hotel and glad that we had the opportunity to stay there.

The Hotel is in a great location in the heart of the city and is family run. Everyone at the Front Desk was helpful, they have a guy who works in the evening who even gave us kind of an overview of Basque Culture because we visited during the annual Hondaribbia Basque Festival. We enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet. Parking is about 2 blocks away and is secure, underground and is impeccably clean. Parking is a bit expensive but it’s worth it once you see how nice it is. If you want a Hotel with fancy amenities like spas and such, this is probably not your place. But, if you want a nice, very clean Hotel in the heart of things, this is your place. I would describe it as a Tourist Plus Level Hotel
