The property and host were both exceptional! We fished and Kayaked in the canals. Many nearby places to kayak, ride bikes, or hike. Countless great places to eat and enjoy "Old Florida"! Hope to return in the future.

House was very nice, great screened porch area. Bed was comfortable. Everything very clean. Extremely quiet location. Could use better/more comfortable furniture in the living area and more of it to accommodate larger groups. Overall a great place to stay.

We had never been to the nature coast of Florida and we were impressed with the natural beauty of the area and the property. The winding driveway from the entrance to the home through the palms and evergreens to the circular drive was beautiful. We have much more to explore in the area and enjoyed the absolute peace and quiet of the property. We hope to return next year.

The kayaking is excellent. 5 kayaks.
Everything is Good. The house is spotless.
The house is not a home and is run as a VRBO business. There are a lot of rules and fines for transgressions. The kitchen is minimally stocked with Walmart everything so don't expect to cook gourmet. The grill is charcoal and you must clean it or get fined $200..
The location and everything else is great. The Host is very responsive.
