* The dock has space for multiple boats

* The boat lift is reserved exclusively for the owner’s boat
* The owner’s boat on the lift is not available for guest use
* Boat trailers are limited to one trailer in the driveway

The property provides dock access and boat docking, but guests are responsible for providing or renting their own boat.
