"This apartment is exactly as advertised. It is spacious for a one bedroom with a decent sized kitchen, a dining room table and a cozy living room area with a smart TV that allowed us to log in to all our different streaming services. The king-sized bed is quite comfortable. The apartment is in an older building with cast iron heaters, so if you aren't used to those, be warned they can be noisy, but they do keep the apartment toasty warm in the winter.The location is excellent. "This was perfect for our needs! Convenient for the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum, and less than 15 mins to the River. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the Italian Gio’s restaurant within 500 feet as well as an amazinice cream shop also within 500 feet. We had everything we needed at this rental. Amazing Chinese dining delivery! Did notice the top step needed a little fixing but nothing that was a problem. Plenty of towels, hot water, comfortable beds. Excellent. "
