"Our stay was Sun-Wed. The only time a housekeeper tried cleaning our room was on Tuesday, but we were still in the room. We had run out of toilet paper on our third day, and had to ask for towels multiple times. The pool was also closed for "renovation." But this was not stated anywhere on Hotels.com site or the hotel's site. We traveled with three young kids, so were pretty disappointed. We had to walk next door (which was outside and across the parking lot) to another hotel which we could swim at."

"Wonderful, comfortable suite room at a great price. Very clean room, and everything looked new. Staff was personable and responsive to our needs. Really great breakfast with protein options. It was a relaxing retreat during our extended stay."

"Kelsey communicated with me from the start and it was very easy getting ahold of her throughout our stay. She even has a nice binder with detailed reminders/info that came in handy! The house is beautiful, peaceful, with comfy beds and located in a quiet/safe neighborhood. We had a pleasant experience and highly recommend this house! We all enjoyed it but the kids especially enjoyed it! We would love to return in the near future! "

"Sandie was an awesome bartender in the evenings at the bar-grill area. Overall good amenities--average on value when compared to other nearby hotels. Charges for breakfast seemed steep with how much the rooms were, bit staff was friendly and earned their tips. Clean room with no major concerns."
