The cable in the room for the TV wasn’t working and we tried getting in contact everyday from since we came. Another thing was the cleaning service. Having bathrooms within each bedroom made a big difference to convenience and privacy. The Moon Bay property was outstanding and offered all one would expect while in the Keys. The apartment itself needed some maintenance, the bed covers smelled bad, and there weren’t bath sized towels provided. It was also be helpful for checkout instructions to be provided earlier on. I was notified to leave the door open after I checked out and I had already left the apartment. "
