AMAZING stay

This was a great place to stay in Homer! The beds were sooo comfortable and the place was very clean. There’s a million dollar view from the deck and the beach is amazing. Overall, a great place!!!

Beautiful view of Homer spit

2 bedroom with 2 full baths with full kitchen and million dollar views of Homer spit and the bay. Walk down to the water and walk the beach, or a short drive (2 mins) to restaurants and groceries. Great stay - we will stay again!

Beautiful accommodations with a view

We stayed here while visiting the Homer area. The apartment was lovely, quiet and on the beach with beautiful views of the mountains of Katchemak Bay State Park. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep after long days spent exploring the area, and the kitchen area well stocked. We sure appreciated the washer and dryer! We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Homer area.

The location of this place is amazing. Million dollar views of the bay and easy access to the beach below the house. The place was nicely appointed and felt brand new. We sunk into our beds and slept great!

Couldn’t ask for more from the super host like Bonnie and her husband. They were helpful from the day we made the reservation until the day we left. Great VRBO.

The property is new, well equipped, and very clean. The views of the bay are stunning. The location is excellent in that it's very close to the airport, the Spit, and downtown Homer. We plan to return.

Great location, great view, New and super clean property

Property is located just a couple of minute drive to the Homer spit. It has 5 star views of Kachaemek Bay. The house was super clean and a pretty new build. Beds were incredibly comfy. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely rent this home again!

Top-Notch Accommodations and Stay

Bonnie and Dave take pride in their property and it shows from the moment you arrive. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The space was perfect with incredible views and immediate access tot he beach. The proximity to all local amenities are only a few minutes away. Bonnie and Dave went above and beyond as well by reaching out to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything additional including towels, outside seating, etc. We definitely think to stay here again.

This ADU was clean, well appointed and laid out perfectly for two couples. The view is incredible! Bonnie was an awesome host, letting me know the interest was being worked on and we could check out later if we wanted. Best weekend ever in Homer!

As soon as we entered the patio doors we knew that we had made a great selection with this property,we enjoyed all the features and the little extras the owner had provided.The views were outstanding and the eagle that landed on the in front water daily allowed for some great filming opportunities.

Perfect Stay!

We loved staying at this new and beautifully decorated house! It was private feeling and peaceful with a luxurious feel. The property was well furnished with incredibly comfortable linens. The kitchen was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The views are incredible! We enjoyed walking along the beach and the solitude of this area. The property is close to the spit and town, yet located in a very quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Beach house in Homer

This was absolutely the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The space is beautiful inside and out. The owner has spared no expense in making sure the guests have everything they need for an enjoyable stay from great bedding, cooking pans, washer/dryer, spacious bathrooms, binoculars and an amazing view of the bay and Homer Spit. The pictures don’t do it justice. Walking on the beach or just sitting on the deck is wonderful.

Magnifique !

Very peaceful, quiet stay on a private property overlooking Kachemak Bay. We were able to take steps down to beach. Was beautiful to walk along at low tide. Everything was available that we needed in the apartment. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return one day. The owners were very kind. Their dog Willow made our stay special when she would greet us each day.
