"The property was an amazing getaway for the weekend. We had family and friends here for a wedding in the area and I stumbled across this listing. The property is down a dirt/sand road that is pretty well maintained in the middle of the woods so I wouldnt take a motorcycle here. But most cars should be fine. The property itself had almost every amenity you could think of, from cooking utensils, grills, smokers, blenders and every kitchen gadget in between. The fire pit was perfect for some cold nights that we were there, as well as the hot tub. The only downfall/ plus side was that the internet wasnt working that well when we went but It was a perfect getaway for the weekend and we will definitely be back one day!"

"I loved sitting on the covered porch reading in the rain. A baby alligator in the water taking the neighbors fishing bait. Postcard worthy pictures of the water from the little dock. I would come back! A true getaway. Not a tourist spot."

"We had a great getaway for three days. The pictures and description don’t do the place justice. A great cabin to relax and reconnect. Just sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch with a coffee, a canoe trip on the river and sitting by the fire place was everything we needed. Skip was a great host and responded right away, making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend anytime - 4x4 is recommended when rainy :-) Thank you for a great stay!"

"We arrived the day after Christmas to a tree lit and waiting in the living room. Plenty of space and easily slept my family of 9. You do need to expect a bumpy ride in, but worth it to be off the beaten path. Such a nice stay!"
