"Our room wasn’t ready when we got there but was ready within 30 mins but that could be attributed to the fact that I had to bring the 4 legged baby at the last min and we needed a room to accommodate him as well. We were supposed to have breakfast but were never told when and where. The pool wasn’t in service at the time probably due to the time of year. Our room on the other hand was great, it was clean free of bugs and in the shower there was body wash and shampoo and next to the sink was soap and lotion. Overall my stay was good but would recommend a book stating check in and check out procedures and local menus also a few local attractions if any. The staff were courteous and attentive. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the pool and breakfast both of which would have made my reason for being there a little lighter. "

"We were in town for 1 night while son had an event at Wilson Lake. An easy drive from the lake. Home was just as described in listing. Very comfortable. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds. Home decorated nicely. Had a great dinner at The Sample Room Tavern in the Midland Hotel. The grocery store nearby was also excellent. Be sure to stop in town for a photo op with the Largest Czech Egg!"
