"Check-in system needs to be improved to have some flexibility, or they need to hire enough employees to clean rooms. This hotel is not small, but only "fortunate" guests can check in on time. I was the most "unfortunate" one that day. I waited until 4:30pm (check in time 3:30pm and I arrived at 3pm) in wet shoes for my room to be ready. All the guests later than me got their rooms. Staff refused to give me an estimate time and I had to check in every 15 minutes. Why cannot assign another room?...
